Who Is Tech Ministry Partners?

Built by a church leader who understands what Sunday takes.

Tech Ministry Partners was built from years of leading inside the local church, developing volunteers, building teams, launching campuses, navigating growth, and learning how technology can serve ministry without becoming the ministry.

Meet The Founder

T.J. Brown

T.J. Brown has spent more than 17 years in full-time vocational ministry, serving in leadership roles that have included Music Director, Worship Pastor, Production Director, and Executive Pastor of Creative Arts. His experience spans churches ranging from roughly 300 people to more than 10,000 in weekend attendance, giving him a broad perspective on how ministry teams, systems, and leadership structures need to adapt at different stages of growth.

He earned a degree in Worship Leadership and Music Business from the University of Mobile and has spent much of his career building and leading teams across worship, production, creative, and communications. He has helped launch multisite campuses, develop ministry systems, and lead volunteer teams of more than 180 people.

Throughout his ministry experience, T.J. developed a strong conviction that healthy ministry is built on more than good technology or polished services. It requires clear leadership, sustainable systems, wise stewardship, and a culture that genuinely values the people serving behind the scenes.

That conviction led him to launch Tech Ministry Partners, with the goal of helping churches strengthen their teams, care for volunteers well, steward finances responsibly, and build production systems that support the mission of the church rather than distract from it.

T.J. believes every church has a unique calling within its community. Rather than forcing churches into a one-size-fits-all model, his approach is centered on helping leaders identify what their ministry actually needs and build the people, systems, and technology to support that calling with clarity and purpose.

The Heart Behind TMP

Technology is a tool. People are the ministry.

Every church has a unique calling, culture, and community. The goal is not to copy someone else's ministry model. It is to build healthy teams, sustainable systems, and appropriate technology that help your church walk faithfully in what it has been called to do.

Let's talk about your church.

Start with a conversation about your team, systems, and where you're headed.
